- Do you charge a call out fee?

We normally charge a fixed price for the work we do so you don’t need to worry about any hidden surprises. It also doesn’t matter to you then if our tradesman needs to take a phone call on his phone or stop work for any other reason as you are paying a fixed price.
- Can you take away our old kitchen appliances?
Sure, we can organise that for you. We donate them all to charity to be used as scrap metal.
- Do you use sub-contractors?
NO – all our people are actually on staff and we invest in constant, ongoing training for them. In addition, we have an apprenticeship program and you will find most of our tradesman are accompanied by an apprentice when they complete your work.
- Can you organise other trades for us?
Yes we can – we work with a variety of other associated trades all the time including painters, cabinetmakers, plumbers, gas fitters and builders. We have a small, trusted group of other trades that we can organise for you.
- Are you insured?
Of course – in order to hold an Electrical Contractors Licence we must provide a copy of our Public Liability & Products Liability Insurance to the Department of Justice & Attorney General. Electrical Contractors Licences must be renewed every year.
- Do you work outside business hours?
We do, and we don’t charge any extra for this service.
